A Sober Cleanse Weekend
Give your liver a break. Be healthy, unwind, and clear your mind while you swap your cocktails for smoothies. As a 100% drug and alcohol-free weekend, you will be left feeling good, naturally.

Day 1
Yoga in Zilker Park with Sam Pullen
7:00 pm
Unwind from a busy week with a flowy, relaxing, sunset yoga session in Zilker Park lead by Sam Pullen, Yoga Therapist. Bend yourself into a pretzel, but feel good doing it. Improve flexibility, strength, balance, and posture while calming your mind, reducing stress, and enhancing mental clarity through intentional deep breathing techniques.

Robust Fruit Bowl Dinner
Tired of heartburn or feeling bloated after stuffing yourself with hot garbage? Well, not today. Indulge in a healthy and refreshing fruit bowl. Nourish your body with a delicious array of natural and nutrient-rich dishes that will satisfy your taste buds and support your well-being.

Day 2
Bootcamp with Danielle Gertner
Get your day started right, get out and get pumped with Danielle Gertner, bootcamp instructor and personal trainer. Challenge yourself or take it easy and just work up a sweat. The important thing is to boost those oh so fantastic serotonin levels. Burn calories, and feel like a million and a half bucks.

Stretch
Alleviate muscle tension, loosen up, and reduce the risk of injury. Cool down after the workout and increase blood flow to help maximize gains and reduce soreness.
Immediately following Bootcamp
Protein Shakes & Nutrition Workshop with Julia Stephens
Join us for a workshop on nutrition, with certified nutritional therapy practitioner Julia Stephens, while replenishing yourself with some of the best smoothies you’ve ever put in your body. A multitude of flavors await you including the option to embark on the smoothtacular journey known only as Mocha Banana Madness (Flavors subject to change).

Traditional Finnish Sauna
Hop into the heat. Join in on a traditional Finnish sauna, a tranquil space for relaxation and rejuvenation, embodying the spirit of Finnish tradition and culture. Fun fact: saunas are so integral to Finnish culture that there are an estimated 3.3 million saunas in Finland for a population of just 5.5 million.

Cold Plunge
Oh boy, let’s get it, continuing the Finnish tradition, going from hot to cold, take a plunge in some seriously cold water. The shock stimulates blood circulation, boosts the immune system, improves mood and mental clarity. Cold water also aids muscle recovery, reduces inflammation, and increases energy levels. So let’s take a dip that’ll have you saying “hot damn, that’s cold.”

Professionally planned food items and healthy snacks will be provided throughout the day.

Take health shots throughout the day from ginger, turmeric, and other magical roots.

Meditation with Lara Gideon

Ohmmm. Let your mind have a little meditation for a snack. Join Lara Gideon, Mindful Meditation Guide, for a refreshing and unique approach to meditation. Meditation can reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve overall well-being.
BYOYM - Bring your own yoga mat
3 Mile Walk - Lady Bird Lake
Start with a refreshing glass of lemon water followed by a 3 mile walk around the scenic Lady Bird Lake. Take a peaceful escape from the bustling city and enjoy gorgeous scenery and a vibrant atmosphere.

Healthy Chicken Wraps, Shots & Smoothies
It may not look good, taste good, or even smell good, but damn is it good for you. True organic, green health smoothies that will leave you feeling like you could take on a grizzly bear with nothing but a banana peel and a half used roll of scotch tape. Cap off with delicious sandwiches and shots with ginger, and turmeric for that extra little punch.

Restorative Breathwork is a meditative practice developed to move us inward toward more subtle dimensions of awareness. The circular breath technique gives permission for the mind to relax which then gives way for the body to display what messages lie beneath the surface. Meditation, sound healing and being held in a peaceful savasana guides and supports the integration process. Come as you are, everyone is welcome.

Red Light Therapy at Restore Hyper Wellness
First Activity at Restore - Red Light Sauna for 10 min. Improve skin health by stimulating collagen production, reducing wrinkles, and promoting a youthful appearance. Red light sauna sessions also aid in pain relief, relaxation, improved sleep, and enhanced post-workout recovery.

Cryotherapy at Restore Hyper Wellness
Thought cold water was cold? How about -160 degrees? Cryotherapy can reduce inflammation, alleviate muscle soreness, and accelerate recovery after physical activity. Cryotherapy rocks. It can boost metabolism, improve circulation, and burn calories. Really though, it burns approximately 500-800 calories.

Compression Therapy at Restore Hyper Wellness (Optional)
Compression therapy may enhance blood flow and reduces inflammation, aiding in muscle recovery and improving athletic performance. It also assists in managing conditions like varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis, and lymphedema. Overall, it promotes better health and wellness by improving circulation and oxygenation.

IV Therapy at Restore Hyper Wellness (Optional)
Come enjoy some IV therapy. Mainline essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals directly into the bloodstream. This method allows for faster absorption and maximum effectiveness, rehydrate, boost your immune system, and boost energy.

Mindfulness Exercises

At our Wellness Weekend event, we're all about creating an environment that encourages health, mindfulness, and personal growth. And while we totally understand that a glass of wine or a cold beer might be part of your usual weekend, we've decided to keep things alcohol-free for these couple of days.
Why, you ask? Well, let's look at the facts. Alcohol can disrupt your sleep, leaving you less rested for those invigorating yoga sessions and enlightening workshops. It can also affect your hydration levels, and trust us, you'll want to be well-hydrated for our fitness activities!
But here's the real kicker - alcohol can hinder your body's ability to detox. And since one of our key sessions is all about learning how to detox effectively, it just makes sense to give our bodies the best chance to do their thing, right?
So, for just this weekend, we're swapping the cocktails for superfood smoothies, the beer for herbal tea, and the wine for fresh, filtered water. It's not about restriction, it's about making choices that align with our goals.
And who knows? You might discover that you feel even better without the booze, and decide to make some longer-term changes when the weekend is over. Now, wouldn't that be something?

With a decade-long career as a self mastery mentor, movement coach, and professional hype woman, Danielle has empowered hundreds of clients to attain breakthroughs and unprecedented levels of confidence swiftly. Sam Pullen
Sam Pullen, a Louisiana native, is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with all walks of life be it asanas-movement, pranayama-breathwork, meditation-deep stillness, and or sound healing. Over the past five years, she has studied to become a 500 hour RYT Yoga Teacher, as well as, a Yoga Therapist, who specializes in working with individuals and groups around stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression. She’s also passionate about helping people discover practices that serve them well in terms of nervous system regulation. It is important to her to help individuals, as well as, community to develop a balanced relationship between physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs within one’s own ecosystem. Sam is the self-described yoga nerd, who loves to chat and learn from others about this beautiful practice.
